ESPN’s Shams Charania first reported the news. According to reports, the game will be rescheduled at a later date. Fans should expect a date in the near future.

Head coach JJ Redick’s home was destroyed in the fires, as he is one of many who unfortunately lost their house.

Kawhi Leonard is taking time away from basketball to be with his family, who were affected and had to evacuate due to this tragedy.

As a whole, the entire area of Los Angeles is taking steps for precaution and evacuation.

According to multiple reports, led by The Athletic’s Shams Charania and ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, Miles Bridges has re-signed with the Charlotte Hornets after opting not to be in a potential sign-and-trade.

The 26-year-old agreed to a three-year, $75 million contract to keep the core of LaMelo Ball, Brandon Miller, and Bridges together. This comes after Charlotte saw his potential when he exploded for multiple 40-point games last season.

He averaged 21.0 points, 7.3 rebounds and 3.3 assists last season. He was statistically and visually one of Charlotte’s most productive players.

JJ Redick To Interview For Hornets Head Coaching Position

According to The Athletic’s Shams Charania, J.J. Redick has been given an opportunity to become the head coach of the Charlotte Hornets. It would be his first head coaching gig ever.

The team is scheduling an interview with the 39-year-old to determine if he could be a possible coach/candidate.

Last offseason, the Toronto Raptors interviewed him for their coaching vacancy.
