According to ESPN’s Shams Charania, the Minnesota Timberwolves have learned that Donte DiVincenzo will be out indefinitely due to a big toe injury.
DiVincenzo injured his left foot’s big toe, which has been placed into a boot. Him and the organization will seek all options before making a final decision.
The 27-year-old’s injury is untimely, as he was just moved into Minnesota’s starting lineup. DiVincenzo put up a season-high 28 points in their loss to the Golden State Warriors.
There’s an expectation of him returning to the starting five once he is healthy.
