According to ESPN’s Shams Charania, the New Orleans Pelicans have traded Jose Alvarado to the New York Knicks for Dalen Terry.
The official full terms of this transaction sees New Orleans landing Terry and two second-round picks, and New York getting Alvarado. Originally, the Knicks traded for Terry from the Chicago Bulls when they traded away Guerschon Yabusele.
In 41 games this season, Alvarado is averaging 7.9 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 3.1 assists. He has a player option for the 2026-27 season.
In 34 games this season, Terry is averaging 3.5 points, 1.9 rebounds, and 1.3 assists.
