How to request a refund?
Please email courtsideheat13@gmail.com or call Customer Service direct at 480-939-6615. We would be happy to help.
Please note, the item must be in its original condition. Example, basketball figures in the original box. Basketball cards in its tamper proof PSA protector. Once opened the item is yours and not eligible for return.
When emailing please include your:
- Name
- Item Number
- Pictures of the issue with the product.
If there is nothing wrong with your item, you will be eligible for store credit only. Buyer is 100% responsible for return shipping.
