Adrian Griffin Has Been Fired
This is the craziest story this week and past, as the Milwaukee Bucks have decided to fire their first-year head coach. Adrian Griffin led this team to a 30-13 record.
Assistant coach Joe Prunty, who has been interim head coach three times in his career, will be the active coach until Milwaukee finds its next man.
According to Shams Charania (The Athletic) and Chris Haynes (Yahoo Sports), Doc Rivers is the leading candidate for this coaching spot.
The Bucks under Griffin was successful. They were second in the East, first in offense, second in points per game, and third in field goal percentage.
Griffin only had the job for three months.
