According to ESPN’s Shams Charania, the Dallas Mavericks will be without their second superstar due to him suffering a bulging disk in his back.
Dallas does have optimism that Kyrie Irving can have a precise return date after a couple of days of treatment.
Right now, Irving is set to miss 1-2 weeks due to this new injury.
Initially, the 32-year-old was listed with a lumbar sprain in his back; that was his listed injury as to why he is missing Monday’s game against the Memphis Grizzlies.
In 30 games this season, Irving averages 24.3 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 4.9 assists.
