According to ESPN’s Shams Charania, the New York Knicks and head coach Tom Thibodeau are seriously considering the idea of replacing Josh Hart with Mitchell Robinson in the starting lineup.
This would be a shock to everyone due to Thibodeau always being known to run a consistent lineup and never making lineup changes, especially in the postseason.
The main reason why New York seeks change is because of them losing in Game 2 and being down 2-0 to the Indiana Pacers.
By incorporating Robinson into the lineup, this not only gives new life and a spark to the team, but will allow for his size to attribute to better defense, more rebounding opportunities, and overall rim protection.
