While never getting out of the first round, Mosley led his team to three consecutive playoff trips in the five years he coached the organization. The 47-year-old has been credited in developing Franz Wagner and Paolo Banchero, and successfully turning this franchise around. His total record with the organization is 189-221.

Despite him getting fired and having a losing record, the New Orleans Pelicans have thrown his name into the pot concerning their own head coaching vacancy.

According to the Minnesota Timberwolves, Anthony Edwards has made an impressive recovery and is set to play in Game 1 against the San Antonio Spurs. Medically, he has been cleared to return to action after being a significantly-involved participant during Wolves’ shootaround on Monday morning.

The 24-year-old was not expected to be cleared until mid-series as this typically requires a minimum two-week recovery. For context, Edwards suffered a bone bruise and hyperextended knee in Game 4 against the Denver Nuggets last week.
