According to Chicago Sports Network’s K.C. Johnson, the Milwaukee Bucks have shown real interest in trading for Zach LaVine. They are reportedly looking for more perimeter help, and LaVine would fit that need.

Despite LaVine saying he wants to remain in Chicago beyond this season, the Bulls have determined to keep him on the trade block and see if someone meets their demands.

This shouldn’t be a surprise because the 29-year-old and the organization decided to part ways last season and find a trade destination. However, it didn’t happen, and now they are in this awkward position of remaining loyal but still testing market value.

If a deal were to happen, the Bucks would most likely need to send over Khris Middleton, Bobby Portis, and Pat Connaughton to match salaries. For a trade like this to commence, it would be through a multi-team trade that would allow Milwaukee to get under the second apron to aggregate player salaries.

In 42 games, LaVine averages 24.0 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 4.5 assists in 34.1 minutes.

According to Marc Stein, the Milwaukee Bucks want to get involved in this year’s trade deadline; they will do that by potentially trading for Bradley Beal. The Phoenix Suns are testing Beal’s trade value.

Currently, the Bucks have shown more interest in Beal than Jimmy Butler. Butler has been connected to Milwaukee’s radar for a while now. However, it appears a mindset shift has been made, which means Beal is in front of Butler for now.

General Manager Jon Horst has kept his eye on Beal since he wanted out from the Washington Wizards. It wouldn’t be shocking if the Bucks put together an enticing offer the Suns couldn’t refuse.

A deal with the Bucks could be done; why? Because Phoenix could see them as a third team to help facilitate Butler to Phoenix without Miami taking on Beal’s contract. It’s a win-win for all parties involved.

While interest and rumors are spiking, it is unknown if Beal would waive his No-Trade Clause to join the Bucks.

In 29 games this season, the 31-year-old is averaging 17.5 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 3.3 assists.

According to Chris Haynes, Doc Rivers and the Milwaukee Bucks have made the decision to bench Khris Middleton.

This choice comes after his reported return to the lineup after dealing with tendinitis in the ankle.

Despite him being moved to the bench, Milwaukee is designating the 33-year-old to a “reserve role.”

Taurean Prince will continue to get the start for the foreseeable future.
