The Lakers are taking on the Warriors tonight at 5:30 PM AZ time, and it should be a good game… at least for someone. Los Angeles will be having an interesting starting lineup, while Golden State is having a somewhat normal lineup.

Notable names out for the Lakers would be LeBron James, Patrick Beverley, and Russell Westbrook. Darvin Ham, head coach of the Lakers, said he would never be playing James, Westbrook, or Davis in back-to-back games. That is the main reason why they have been winless this entire preseason, he just doesn’t want any of them to burn out to suffer any injury (big or small).

Now a notable name playing would be Anthony Davis. This is a win for the Purple and Gold as they held him out for the past two games due to back tightness, so to see him playing is a good sign.

James, Beverley, and Westbrook being out is all chalked up to load management/giving them rest. Also, Dennis Schroder is rejoining the team Monday with his Visa situation being resolved.

Laker’s starting lineup:

  • Austin Reaves
  • Lonnie Walker IV
  • Max Christie
  • Juan Toscano-Anderson
  • Anthony Davis

Warrior’s starting lineup:

  • Stephen Curry
  • Jordan Poole
  • Andrew Wiggins
  • Jonathan Kuminga
  • Kevon Looney

Real quick, here is an update regarding what Steve Kerr will be doing with his team for tonight’s game:
