Bobby Portis Challenged Adrian Griffin, Teammates Following Tournament Exit
The Milwaukee Bucks lost Thursday night to the Indiana Pacers, this loss officially eliminated them from the Knockout Rounds of the tournament.
The stakes were high for this game as Bobby Portis was visibly challenging everyone in the locker room and was very passionate after this upset loss, which cost them a shot at the cup in the final round.
Adrian Griffin talked about the importance of winning the rebound game, Portis took it to a whole new level after interjecting and saying Griffin needs to structure the offense better down the stretch of games.
For context, the Bucks were outrebounded 51-46 and were outscored 37-25 in the fourth quarter. The final score was 128-119 with Tyrese Haliburton putting on a masterpiece of 27 points and 15 assists.
As a side note, the Los Angeles Lakers are taking on Indiana in the championship game on Saturday.
