James Harden Calls Out Daryl Morey, Says He Will No Longer Play For Philly
This has been an ugly divorce as of late after reports came out about the Philadelphia 76ers no longer expressing interest in trading James Harden.
Since taking him off the trade block, Harden has expressed his desire to leave this team as he has no interest in reporting to training camp.
The Athletic and ESPN were the first to report on Harden no longer being with the team. However, James Harden has come out publicly to express his feelings about Daryl Morey and the looming situation.
“Daryl Morey is a liar and I will never be a part of an organization that he’s a part of,” Harden said. “Let me say that again. Daryl Morey is a liar and I will never be a part of an organization that he’s a part of.”
Per Jason Dumas, Daryl Morey is “unmoved” by Harden’s comments and still plans on keeping him with the organization. Many expect this to play into training camp, or end a day before training camp begins.
