LaMelo Ball is signing with Puma! The potential number one pick of this year’s NBA Draft is making moves. If he isn’t making moves on the court then he is making moves with his negotiation skills!
This might be making him one of the faces of this brand, and the crazy part is that he is only 19 years old. Here’s the full quote on what LaMelo Ball has to say on joining Puma:
“I am really excited to be joining the Puma family,” Ball said. “I believe the brand is the perfect partner for me because Puma will allow me to just be myself, I want to be 100 percent authentic, whether that’s playing basketball or showing off my personal style, and that’s what I want to do with Puma.”
Now, this isn’t his first shoe deal. He is becoming an endorser, no he had a deal with Big Baller Brand. Which is owned and ran through LaVar Ball, his father. At 16 years old he came out with “MB1” which was his signature shoe during his Australia and Lithuania basketball times.
With all this being said, the Big Baller Brand is failing. It is hurting, how? It is mainly because Lonzo Ball and LaMelo Ball left the business for different brands.
Ball will be one of the faces of this brand along with other players involved. They have been signing dozens of players, but these are the most notable ones. Kyle Kumaz, RJ Barrett, and Michael Porter Jr. All of which are having good careers and are trying to work hard to create a name for themselves.
