It is expected that the San Antonio Spurs and Marcus Morris will reach a buyout agreement soon. When it is done, there are reports that Morris will sign with the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Per Patrick Beverley of the Pat Bev Pod, he is leaning towards signing with the number one seed of the West for the remainder of the season.

Minnesota is looking for more depth and a player like Morris will compliment themselves nicely. They recently added Monte Morris during the trade deadline.

According to multiple reports, Marcus Morris has finalized his selection to either the Cleveland Cavaliers or the Philadelphia 76ers. Both teams had him on their roster last season.

As Morris heads into his 14th season, the 34-year-old can either re-sign with Cleveland or return to Philly. Either way, he wants a contract that isn’t centered around money but on a meaningful role.

In 37 games with Philly, Morris averaged 6.7 points and 2.9 rebounds. In 12 games with Cleveland, Morris averaged 5.8 points and 2.1 rebounds.
