What was deemed a dangerous, unnecessary dive by Marcus Smart has since cost Stephen Curry time out on the court. He has been ruled indefinitely due to a sprained left foot.

All of this happened when a loose ball occurred and while Smart was diving for the loose ball, that is when Curry got caught in it and was seen hobbling off in pain afterwards. It was reported that after the game, Steve Kerr and Marcus Smart talked about that moment. Good news is that nothing got heated and they agreed it was a mistake and unintentional to hurt Curry.

Golden State hopes to have Curry back in mid-April when the postseason is; now, the Warriors allow him to rest and hope to finish the season out strong. Trying to hold onto that third seed.
