According to ESPN’s Shams Charania, the Oklahoma City Thunder have extended Alex Caruso to a new contract. The contract is set to be a four-year, $81 million deal.
The 30-year-old was in the final year of his contract, being a free agent this upcoming offseason. This year saw him making $9.9 million.
No player or team option is attached to this deal, as it runs through the 2028-29 season. He will be 35 when he is an unrestricted free agent.
This is the largest contract in Caruso’s career, as his last one was worth $36.9 million over four years.
