Embiid, Sabonis Named NBA’s Players Of The Week For 2nd Straight Week

Joel Embiid continues to impress fans, and the league, as he gets Player of the Week for the second time in a row. That isn’t unfathomable when considering the fact that he averaged 35.0 points, 12.7 rebounds, and 3.3 blocks with the 76ers going 3-0.

His MVP case is growing considerably, moving past Nikola Jokic undoubtedly. However, let’s not forget about the Kings’ player: Domantas Sabonis.

Sabonis averaged 22.8 points, 16.0 rebounds and 10.0 assists to get himself another Player of the Week. Also, Sacramento went 3-0 as well.

The 76ers are 48-22 and the Kings are 43-27.
