Amar’e Stoudemire joining Steve Nash’s coaching staff! The reports have been flowing, action is happening; former teammate of Steve Nash will be joining his head coaching staff.
It is being reported that Stoudemire’s role on the team will be player development. Also, reunions will be happening; how? The big man played alongside with Steve Nash, plus the current GM of the Nets played two seasons with them in Phoenix. So Steve Nash, Amar’e Stoudemire, and Sean Marks will be reunited. From Phoenix to Brooklyn.
With Stoudemire being the assistant head coach for the Nets, both former teammates will try to turn around this team. The Nets are aging two great players and mentors to coach players and hoping to get to the next level.
Stoudemire as a player entered this league being the Rookie of the Year, making several All-Stars, plus playing in this league for 14 seasons. His retiring season came in 2015-2016 season when he was playing with the Heat.
