BET: LaVar will somehow say he DID THIS!

BET: LaVar will somehow say he DID THIS! Remember when he said that Lonzo deserved a contract worth $100 million? Or even better that Gelo would score 40 points? He is not even on a team, he can’t even make a G-League team, maybe he should go play in a foreign league somewhere.

Now the one thing I will, even against my better judgment, credit to him is that he wanted and demanded LaMelo to be in the starting lineup. He got his wish as his son is playing in tonight’s game against the Heat.

Now, LaVar did not demand his way into this. You might call me a lair because your a fan of their “reality” TV-Show or just can’t find anything better to do, but it is the honest truth.

Terry Rozier has been dealing with a sprained ankle and has been ruled out against the Heat. This leaves Ball to have his first start in the NBA, meaning this is his first time ever to be in a starting-lineup.

LaMelo Ball is averaging 12 points, 6 assists, and 5 rebounds per game in 25 minutes.

LaMelo Ball Required To Cover “LF” Tattoo

The NBA is cracking down on a tattoo LaMelo Ball has publicly expressed on his body, but is it really that bad? Not necessarily, unless you’re a part of the NBA.

Ball has a tattoo of his “LF” logo below his left ear, which is the initial of his middle name (LaFrance) and the name of his clothing brand. Per the NBA, it violates their commercial logos policy.

Due to the policy violation, the league is forcing Ball to wear a patch, or something creative, over his tattoo. He’ll be fine as long as it’s not visible during games.

In a statement to ESPN, NBA spokesman Tim Frank said: “Per the [collective bargaining agreement], players are prohibited from displaying commercial logos or corporate insignia on their body or in their hair during games. We try to enforce the rule reasonably, in accordance with its purpose, and taking into account players’ efforts to express themselves in a non-commercial manner. But LaMelo Ball’s neck tattoo is in obvious violation of the rule and, accordingly, he’s required to cover it.”
