James Harden is one tough cookie!

James Harden is one tough cookie!

James Harden is one tough cookie! I’m pretty sure everyone is convinced that James Harden is a pain to work with; now, why would I say that? Because you can not please this man!

Despite the new addition of John Wall, trading away Russell Westbrook after a disastrous season, Harden does not look eager to play with him. The Rocket’s franchise player has no interest in building a new relationship as he continues to press hard on being traded from Houston.

John Wall is very excited to play with Harden; so much that he has been expressing hope that Harden will look forward to be playing with him in the backcourt.

Here is the full quote:

“I think me and James can be a heck of a combination,” Wall told reporters after the Rockets’ 104-91 loss to the Chicago Bulls on Sunday night. “I just hope we get the opportunity to get into the regular season and see how it goes.”

Now, despite rumors of not wanting to work with Wall, this is not personal between the two. Harden just does not want to build new relationships and there has been no change to Harden wanting a fresh start with another team.

Does Harden still want to rejoin the team for training camp and preseason?

The short answer, yes. It is appearing to be that he is rejoining the team today, which would be Monday. He has been expressing his feelings and situations regarding the team with the owners of the Rockets.

What type of teams is interested in James Harden?

The 76ers and the Nets are showing positive signs of interest in the All-Star guard. Harden has been expressing his opinion on the destinations he wants to go to; those two teams are it.

The top choice for Harden would be the Nets because he would be able reunite with Kevin Durant; now, what would the Nets have to give up to receive him? I don’t know, but if I were to take a guess I would have to say some first round draft picks and 2-3 players. More so a player like Spencer Dinwiddie, but who knows. I would not see, unless they are desperate, to get rid of Kyrie Irving.

Also, the 76ers are a hard one to digest. Why? Because the 76ers do not want to give up either Ben Simmons or Joel Embiid; Daryl Morey and the rest of the staff wants to see if they can rebuild this duo into something special. With them not wanting to give up either of their best players, I would highly doubt seeing this trade go through. Hence that these negotiations are over.
