Tyler Herro (Ankle) Out Two Weeks

The Miami Heat, confirmed by the team, will be without rising star Tyler Herro for the foreseeable future due to an ankle injury sustained in the first quarter against the Memphis Grizzlies.

Herro went to the locker room and never returned; how he described was that he heard “some crunches and cracks” in his ankle after landing on Jaren Jackson Jr.’s foot.

Miami diagnosed him with a Grade 2 sprain and will have him in a walking boot for ten days and then will be re-evaluated in two weeks.

Herro is currently averaging 22.9 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 4.6 assists in 34.0 minutes per game.
