Of course, LeBron is dramatic...

Of course, LeBron is dramatic…

Of course, LeBron is dramatic… This should come as no surprise that LeBron is dramatic. Because if he doesn’t get a call that he wants he will cry, or if a certain action doesn’t happen the way he wants it; it is OVER.

Well, it finally caught up to him but also to Kyle Kumaz. The NBA has given warnings to both Kumaz and LeBron for violating the Anti-flopping rule. Maybe I’m new to this, but when in the world did we get an anti-flopping rule? I probably missed something… but anyway back to the story.

The NBA says LeBron fell to the floor with 2:33 left in the second quarter. To be honest I don’t know if I should cry or to be laughing. The flop that he did was just down right a flop, but, hey, great acting skills.

Here is the clip:

What’s the warning/punishment?

So after receiving a warning the next time you do that you may be subject to fines from $5,000 to all the way up to $30,000. If things don’t cool by then with any player in the NBA, then they have the right to suspend players.

When did this rule even start?

We want no flopsters, none! Yep this is pretty much how the league wanted to run things. Meaning, when this rule was enacted in the 2012-2013 season, this was to prevent flags that shouldn’t be called just because of a flop.

The last time a player flopped was Marcus Smart in the 2020 NBA Playoffs.
