Stephen Curry questionable to return against the Bulls! The Warriors could be catching a break as their main star, Curry, could be making his return to the court since hurting his tailbone.
The 10th seeded Western Conference team is trying to rally for the postseason or even the play-in tournament; and getting their main star back will help. Wardell “Stephen” Curry practiced fully today, Sunday, and is listed questionable for tomorrow’s game against Chicago.
Even though it feels like a lifetime, their franchise player has only been out for a week and a half. Since March 17th, he has not been in the lineup. The injury occurred after landing hard on his tailbone, falling backwards after his shot.
Does Steve Kerr show any signs of optimism towards the situation?
“We scrimmaged some just now, and he’s getting some extra work in, so we want to see how he responds to that,” coach Steve Kerr said after Sunday’s practice. “And then it’s a discussion with (Warriors director of sports medicine and performance) Rick (Celebrini) and the training staff. We’ll see where it all goes.”
