Knicks and Robinson have HORRIBLE times right now!

Knicks and Robinson have HORRIBLE times right now! The fifth seeded team in the East is trying to keep their playoff hopes alive; but is it that bad? The Knicks can’t lose more than two-three games because that would put them out within the eighth an ninth seeds. Good news? The fact their is an in-season tournament which could help teams get a playoff spot.

So, how does this tie into Mitchell Robinson and the Knicks?

Mitchell Robinson actually broke his foot in yesterday’s night bout against the Bucks. This right occurred to his right foot, however, we do not know the extent of how bad this injury is. All we do know is this: that he will be re-evaluated today when they return from their away-game stretch.

Robinson has been up and down this season because he just came back from a broken hand, which costed him 15 games with the Knicks. Now you throw in this broken foot, even if it is another 15-20 games… can they afford to lose him and still games? They did it before and added some talent and made some adjustments, I believe they will be fine. But first, let’s see the severity of this injury.

He is averaging 8 points and 8 rebounds per game this season.

Andre Drummond injury strangely optimistic?

Andre Drummond injury strangely optimistic?

Andre Drummond injury strangely optimistic? While that may be weird to hear, that is the truth and nothing but the truth. The Lakers newly signed player suffered this injury during his debut with the team.

What is the injury? It would be a right big toe injury and Drummond himself said the that the toenail completely came off. I apologize if you were just eating, but yes, the toenail came completely off.

However, the Lakers are very positive that he is only going to miss a game or two. During we did see a number of players here, most notable LaMarcus Aldridge.

Him and Aldridge were by far the best two on the buyout market for the NBA this season.

Here is what the man said himself:

“Just unfortunate to have this happen to me in the first game,” Drummond said Wednesday. “It kind of was a little deflating for me, but my head is high. I’m going to take it day by day and come back better than ever.”

While this does stink for him, it doesn’t hold him down. He will be back and he will be stronger coming into those crucial games for the Lakers. The Lakers are looking to keep/advance in the forth seed and beyond; however, have been having roadblocks due to Anthony Davis’s 20-game injury absence and LeBron’s absence due to an ankle injury.

As a side-note, all of LeBron’s minions (I mean teammates) said that the player on the opposing side intentionally hurt him. Yep, because he can make up his mind within a few seconds of saying, “instead of going after the ball, I am going to clip the ankle of LeBron.” LeBron turned around too and people were clustered in, it was deemed no one’s fault.

However, LeBron and his minions went after this poor player just because off a little bump. Not this vicious bump, but that is what ESPN has to report because the NBA idolize LeBron.

While dealing with this injury bug, the team should be a go for the playoffs as that is what the defending champs are eyeing for.

Add Derrick White to the injury list!

Add Derrick White to the injury list! White is out definitely as he broke his second left toe against the Lakers this past Friday. This happened in the second quarter of the game when he fell.

Toe injuries are not the first time for White, actually this is his second time breaking his toe. Ironically, he broke this toe before. Yes, you are reading this correctly.

This past offseason, he had surgery on the same toe; which made him miss training camp, preseason, and the first four games of the NBA season. Now the team does say this is a different injury than what occurred when he needed surgery. It is being told that he fractured his toe this time around.

In that game-day loss, White only scored 9 points in 23 minutes.

TJ Warren going to be out a while with foot surgery!

TJ Warren going to be out a while with foot surgery!

TJ Warren going to be out a while with foot surgery! Yep, you read that correctly as it has been confirmed. Pacers forward TJ Warren will be getting surgery to repair his stress fracture in his left foot.

How the Pacers were describing the surgery as “a small navicular” fracture. This will be a crushing defeat for the Pacers because Warren was just turning into one of the most explosive, ready-to-go, shooter-ready small forwards their conference has. Plus, of which the team has.

This is a tremendous blow due to the fact he was scoring 27 points per game in the NBA Bubble last season and currently 15 points per game. Also, their two main stars have been dealing with setbacks. Victor Oladipo has been dealing with several injuries the past two seasons as he is making his first healthy season in a while. Positive news for the Pacers? He has been performing at high-standards, as he is scoring 22 points a game.

Note: And this is incredibly important for everyone to know; that this is not the first time an injury like this has occurred for Warren. In 2016, with the Phoenix Suns, he suffered the same exact injury. Only difference is that it was season-ending, which killed that season for him. Good news is that he rebounded tremendously and went hard and high on the court.
